Welcome to “La Nuova Casa” (the New Home), the new Bed and Breakfast located in Elmas, nearby Cagliari.

The apartment is in a building built in early 2009 in a quiet residential area and consist of two bedrooms and a large living-room.

The rooms, cozy and elegant, are equipped with air conditioning.

Our bed and breakfast is located in Elmas, nearby Cagliari, a small town lies 10 minutes drive from the center of Cagliari, easily reached via the SS130 towards ASSEMINI-IGLESIAS.

Aeroporto Cagliari Elmas: Cagliari-Elmas airport: 5 minutes by car through the SS130 towards Cagliari.
CASIC Industrial Area (Macchiareddu): 15 minutes drive through the SS130 ASSEMINI/IGLESIAS direction.

Cagliary city centre can be reached through the means of public transport (CTM bus line 9 and bus ARST) whose stops are right in front of the Bed and Breakfast.
